Role Overview: Join a team transforming healthcare delivery through EMR optimization and implementation. This role leverages clinical expertise to support healthcare professionals and improve digital healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete mandatory Epic certification.
- Provide system support, maintenance, and configuration.
- Investigate and resolve system issues and service requests.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and security audits.
- Work in US-overlap shifts and from the office 5 days a week.

Mumbai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Pune, Indore, Jaipur, Bhubaneshwar, Nagpur
[ PREREQUISITES & QUALIFICATIONS ]
- •Year of Passing: Up to 2025
- •Education: Full-time 4-year degree in B.Sc. (Nursing/Medical Tech), BPT, BOT, BPO, or B.Pharma
- •No active backlogs and no education gaps during the degree
- •Maximum 23 months of full-time work experience
- •Must not have interviewed with Accenture in the last 3 months
